NCKCA Membership, Store, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Membership Refunds
NCKCA memberships provide immediate access to training, certification programs, member benefits, and community resources. Because these benefits are delivered at the time of purchase, refunds are not offered except under the most limited circumstances and only with prior approval from NCKCA.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate Transactions – if a member is mistakenly charged more than once for the same membership.
Processing Errors – if a payment is incorrectly processed due to a technical issue.
Extraordinary Circumstances – at NCKCA’s discretion, in circumstances of exceptional hardship.
All membership refund requests must be submitted by email to support@nckca.com within seven (7) days of purchase. Once a request is submitted, members will receive a confirmation email. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, please reach out to chat support directly at nckca.com.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. NCKCA will make every effort to resolve issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction, even in cases where a refund may not apply.
Enterprise Customer Refunds
For enterprise memberships, if a formal contract is utilized, refund rights and limitations will be governed by the specific refund terms outlined in the contract. In such cases, the contract terms will take precedence over this standard refund policy.
Online Store Refunds
Refunds are not available for products purchased through the NCKCA online store except in the case of a shipping error or incorrect item sent by NCKCA.
For all other issues, including items not received, members must contact the shipping provider directly.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be canceled at any time with at least 30 days’ prior notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@nckca.com. Membership benefits will remain active through the end of the paid billing period, after which access will be discontinued.
Agreement
By completing a membership or store purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
