For too long, this essential industry has been overlooked, and there is a severe shortage of trained and certified commercial kitchen cleaning professionals. Many foodservice operators are left relying on unqualified individuals, while professional companies are often overbooked with no capacity for new clients. We aim to close this gap by training and certifying food service workers and new professionals nationwide to a higher standard.
The solution starts before the inspection process. By the time dangers show up in an inspection, it's too late, the public has already been exposed.
